Culture is no obligation to consume with pleasure; you can eat with the same pleasure at McDonald as in a gourmet restaurant. But there is nevertheless a difference, at McDonald it is only marketing, it is a reflection of you self, you learn there only what you already knew: you are hungry! In a restaurant of a chief, the dish is a support of creation, there is a personal vision, and there is a culture of enriching sensations. But how can someone who never heard of reading suspect a difference between a book and a kitchen roll?
A fish by the chief Alain Llorca. In this work, Llorca immediately recognized his dish. Creating to a chief results from a subtle mixture of tastes and sensations appearing initially in the mouth and not in the eye. This work offered to him an image of these sensations that he worked every day, without ever having seen before.
